So first off I am making a formal apology to

for not replying yet but my mom and I haven't really had time to discuss it because we have a family reunion coming up, we're trying to get me two different work permits (one for volunteering in New Hampshire and the other one for work) plus trying to score me this job with awesomely awesome flexible hours. So yeah. I plan on sitting her down to talk about once the craziness ends which could be any time from next week to September so your going to have to hang on for a bit. sorry

In other news :iconyaoimunckin: and I watched Across the Universe last night and it made me realize how awesome Beatles music truly is. It's gotten me to look up a whole bunch of older bands that have a ton of soul that some artists today lack (I kid you not) Anyway. I thought overall it was a kickass movie and I enjoyed it a lot. There were certain parts that got a little tedious and some parts where the symbolism was a little overly heavy or weird. (Like the scene where Max carries the statue of Liberty on his back) I loved the songs and the I thought it was original and funny with a darker more serious tone. I even cried a little at the end O: So yeah. If you've seen the movie, what are your thoughts?
Um so yeah. Last night I found out my Dad's uncle John died and that his funeral is Wednesday morning so I have to attend that. I didn't know him well enough for it to be particularly upsetting but I knew him enough to be sad. He was a nice man with a kind heart and I will miss him at our reunion on Saturday. So... TRANSITION!
Our reunion is Saturday. I day full of strange yet awesome red necked fun. My family is crazy so there's lots of drinking, paintballing, ATVing, horseback riding and chicken racing (yes, chicken racing) overall I'm pretty excited. My cousin Kelly is coming up from Texas with her boyfriend but I haven't seen either of them in a wicked long time so I'm not sure how I feel about that. Anyway should be fun ^^
QUESTION TIME!!!!!!
Do you think that there's ever a time when the government should be allowed to suspend the bill of rights? (this was in a book I just finished reading called Little Brother. Check out your local library and see if they have it. It's really good)
